Free import from ServiceM8

Start on Free and bring the records across before you pay for a larger plan. The import is on every plan, including Free.

1. On any plan, the owner previews the ServiceM8 import with an API key from ServiceM8 (Settings, then API Keys), then confirms it. The key is held only until that import finishes, then deleted.
2. The ServiceM8 import brings customers and every active contact, sites, jobs with their schedule, materials and notes, quotes with their line items, and photos and attachments within the vault size caps. Invoice and payment history is a read-only reference, not live invoices. Staff logins, timesheets and forms stay in ServiceM8.
3. A customer spreadsheet (name, email, phone, billing address, site or service address, an extra contact, ABN or business number, and notes) and a job spreadsheet (job number, customer (an existing contact or a new one), site, status, scheduled date, completed date, notes, and assigned staff when they match an AllQuote user (otherwise the job is left unassigned and the name is kept in the notes)) are separate from that API import. Saved column layouts match a ServiceM8 customer export and a ServiceM8 job export, and you preview the rows before anything is written. A supplier price file is another import. Open quotes can be imported from a line-item CSV or PDF, reviewed before anything is created, and saved as drafts.
4. This import has not been run against a live ServiceM8 account in the checks behind this page. Preview the rows, and run one real job end to end before you cancel. A ServiceM8 import's jobs count toward the plan's job allowance.

Australian-built, with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks

AllQuote is built for Australian trade businesses. Quotes and invoices carry GST, and Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB sync are on Team, Business and Enterprise. You choose what syncs. Plans are published in AUD, including GST.

You pay for the plan, not again for every new login. Starter is A$29 a month for 3 users, Crew A$49 for 5, Team A$149 for 10 and Business A$349, including GST. The full list, including the Takeoff plan at A$99, is on the pricing page. ServiceM8 Premium is A$149 a month for 500 new jobs, including GST (servicem8.com/au/pricing-comparison). Card payments on AllQuote are 1.7% + 30c on Enterprise through 2% + 30c on Starter. The Free plan has 1 GB document vault.
