How do I switch job management software?
Export customers as a CSV or spreadsheet (name, email, phone, billing address, site or service address, an extra contact, ABN or business number, and notes) and your price list as a supplier price file. Open quotes can be imported from a line-item CSV or PDF, reviewed before anything is created, and saved as drafts. On any plan, a ServiceM8 owner can preview an import of customers, every active contact, sites, jobs, quotes, and photos and attachments within the vault size caps. Invoice and payment history from that import is a read-only reference. Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks contacts can be pulled on Team and above. A job spreadsheet brings job number, customer (an existing contact or a new one), site, status, scheduled date, completed date, notes, and assigned staff when they match an AllQuote user (otherwise the job is left unassigned and the name is kept in the notes). Saved column layouts match Tradify, Fergus, simPRO, AroFlo, Jobber and ServiceM8 exports. Invoices, payments, attachments and history from a spreadsheet stay in the old system for reference. Then rebuild your most common quote, run both for a week or two on new work, and cancel the old subscription.
