Get the urgent job to the right person, first.
A burst pipe or a power fault cannot wait for a phone tree. Ping your nearby or chosen crew from the office or the app. Everyone pinged gets a push notification, the first to accept is assigned to the job with the customer's details, and the offer closes as soon as enough people have said yes.
Included on the Team plan and above for the business owner and staff given dispatch permission.

How it works
Start from the urgent job
Open the job, or create a quick emergency job from an address, and attach the customer so whoever accepts has the contact details straight away.
Choose who to ping
Ping selected people, your whole crew, or everyone within a radius of the job site. Set how many workers you need and add a short note for the crew.
Crew accept from a push
Each recipient gets a New job offer notification and can accept or decline in the app. A radius ping leaves out anyone switched unavailable or on booked leave.
First to accept gets the job
Each acceptance fills an open slot and assigns that worker. The offer closes when every slot is filled, and the dispatcher can watch who has accepted.
The screens your team uses
Why it helps
Nearest first
With a radius ping, if more crew are in range than you need, the closest are pinged first and the rest follow seconds later only while the job is still open.
Customer details on accept
When a customer is attached, the accepted job carries their contact so the worker can call ahead and send an I'm on my way link.
Pay-as-you-go call-outs
An unpriced, unbilled emergency job can switch to do-and-charge when it is accepted. Jobs that are already priced or billed keep their billing.
Privacy and control
- The crew map shows only workers who have opted in to location sharing; markers show how fresh each location is.
- Radius pings leave out workers who are switched unavailable or on booked leave, and a worker who has paused your business receives no pings from it.
- An unanswered ping is not an assignment. If nobody accepts, review the recipients or assign the job yourself.
Questions about emergency job dispatch
What happens if two people accept at once?
Acceptance is first come, first served. Once the slots you asked for are filled, later acceptances are told the job has been filled and are not assigned.
Does a ping assign the job?
No. Only an acceptance assigns a worker. If nobody accepts, the job stays unassigned until you review the recipients or assign someone manually.
Can I ping more than one person for a big job?
Yes. Set how many workers the job needs. The offer stays open until that many eligible people have accepted.
Who can send emergency pings?
Included on the Team plan and above for the business owner and staff given dispatch permission.
Do crew need location sharing turned on?
For radius pings and the crew map, yes: only opted-in workers with a recent location are placed on the map. You can still ping selected people or the whole crew without a location.
