Review and accept job offers
Review incoming work offers and the commitment accepting one makes.
Review incoming work offers and the commitment accepting one makes.
Before you start
Availability: Plan and role requirements vary. Enabled business features, role permissions, connected providers and supported devices may add requirements.
Documented roles: Owner, Office, Team. A role name alone does not override the permissions set by your business.
Where to find it: Review and accept job offers.
Review the relevant date and your existing commitments. Only offers addressed to you appear.
Step by step
- Open Job offers and read the job, business, location and commitment before accepting.
- Choose Accept only when available for that work, or Decline where offered. An offer can close or fill before you respond.
- Check the accepted result and assigned job before travelling. An open offer or notification alone is not an assignment.
Worked example
A worker reviews a fictional urgent offer and its commitment before accepting. They check the confirmed assignment and open that existing job; if the offer has filled, they do not treat the earlier notification as an assignment.
This is an illustrative scenario. Use your own approved scope, quantities, rates and business rules.
Check the result
Reopen the original record or confirmed result, check its business and key values, and resolve any error or uncertain response before repeating the action.
Limits and troubleshooting
Acceptance is subject to remaining places and current eligibility. A delayed notification can refer to an offer that has already closed.
