- On the Import page, paste a Fergus personal access token and preview customers, contacts, sites, jobs, quotes with line items, price book items and a read-only invoice history. An Admin or Full User creates the token under Settings → Integrations → Fergus API.
- A customer spreadsheet (name, email, phone, billing address, site or service address, an extra contact, ABN or business number, and notes) and a job spreadsheet (job number, customer (an existing contact or a new one), site, status, scheduled date, completed date, notes, and assigned staff when they match an AllQuote user (otherwise the job is left unassigned and the name is kept in the notes)) are the export path. A saved column layout matches a Fergus customer export and a Fergus job export. A supplier price file fills the price book. Open quotes can be imported from a line-item CSV or PDF, reviewed, and saved as drafts.
- Rebuild your job templates as AllQuote assemblies (on every plan, including Free), and set up forms and SWMS on Crew and above.
