Set up Zapier from a phone browser
The mobile app does not configure Zapier. Use the AllQuote website in your phone’s browser to accept the invitation, connect and test a Zap.
Before you start
Zapier access needs an active Team, Business or Enterprise plan with Connected apps and API switched on. Only the business owner can approve the connection, and the owner’s email must be confirmed. You also need a Zapier account; its plan and task usage are separate from AllQuote. Other plans can read this guide, but no connection is offered.
Plan eligibility, business features, permissions and device support still apply. Reading a guide does not grant access.
Step by step
- Open your phone’s web browser to set up Zapier. The AllQuote app does not configure Zapier. Being signed in to the app does not sign you in to the browser.
- Sign in to the AllQuote website as the business owner. Open Settings → Business settings → Connections and choose the Zapier & API tile.
- Use Set up AllQuote on Zapier. If the card says the invitation is temporarily unavailable, contact AllQuote support; do not use a link from an old email or another device.
- Accept the invitation in the Zapier tab that opens, signed in to the Zapier account that will own your Zaps. Create a Zap and choose AllQuote.
- Check the AllQuote version in the Zap editor and choose version 2.1 for a new Zap. If it is missing, reopen the current invitation from AllQuote Settings in the same Zapier account, or contact support. Existing Zaps keep their version.
- Connect AllQuote from the Zap step. On the AllQuote page that opens, check the business name, choose what Zapier may use and approve. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for Zapier and start the connection again.
- Map the fields, test with a clearly labelled example and turn the Zap on. A long mapping is easier on a computer signed in to the same Zapier account.
Worked example
An owner on site accepts the private invitation on their phone and connects AllQuote in the browser. Back at the office, they open the same Zapier account on a computer, map a Quote Accepted trigger to a spreadsheet row, test it and turn the Zap on.
This is an illustrative scenario, not a customer testimonial.
Check the result
Check the test result in both apps and in Zapier’s Zap History. A test of a create or update action writes a real record. Record Payment records money already received and never charges a card.

Limits and troubleshooting
- If Zapier reports the AllQuote connection has expired, return to Settings → Connections → Zapier & API in the browser and reconnect from Zapier. Do not reopen an old approval tab or a link from your browser history.
- If approval is declined, check that you signed in as the business owner and that the business is on an eligible plan with Connected apps and API switched on.
- If AllQuote does not appear in Zapier, open the invitation again while signed in to the same Zapier account.
